Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Environmental policy
We work with a fully end-to-end carbon neutral printing partner, so all prints and framed artworks (and their delivery) are certified carbon neutral.
All papers and wood-based materials are sourced from Forestry Stewardship Council certified sustainable sources. Packaging materials have been carefully selected to reduce the impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your artwork gets to you in perfect condition. Plastics are kept to a minimum and all packaging materials are sustainably sourced, being a mixture of recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials.

Shipping
We provide free global shipping for all prints and framed artworks to almost every country in the world. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact us and we will try to find a solution.
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 days and would thereafter arrive within 1-3 weeks to the US, Canada, Europe or UK. Other destinations may vary (please allow up to four weeks).
You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost effective shipping route, via USPS, Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, Royal Mail, or Deutsche Post.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and fees, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. JUSTKIDS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the recipient. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; If the recipient refuses or fails to pay import taxes and/or customs duties, the order will be returned to us. Once we receive the package, and if it is in good condition, we will issue a refund for the order amount minus any return shipping costs and fees. Please note that return shipments may be subject to significant delays, as it’s not a pre-paid service, and the refund process may take an extended period of time as a result. In the event that the package is lost during the return shipment, JUSTKIDS will not be able to issue a refund.

Returns
IWe accept returns up to 48 hours after delivery, provided the item is unused, the packaging is sealed in its original condition, and it is returned using the same shipping service level as the original delivery. A refund for the full order amount, minus shipping costs and any applicable duties, will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

We take great care in packaging our items. All orders are inspected before shipping and each print is securely packed in a reinforced shipping tube. The print cannot be damaged unless the package/tube itself is visibly damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@justkids.art.

To file a damage claim, you must provide the following: Your order number, photos of the outer shipping tube taken before opening, clearly showing any visible damage such as dents, crushing, or tears, a short video of the unboxing that shows the condition of the tube and the item as it is being opened, photos of the damaged print

Damage claims will not be accepted if the shipping tube shows no visible damage. Because all prints are inspected before dispatch, any claim must demonstrate that the damage occurred as a result of shipping. We assess all claims on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or replacements are only offered when the damage clearly occurred during shipping and the required documentation is provided. Items that appear to have been damaged after delivery or during or after opening without supporting evidence are not eligible for refund or replacement. All sales are final unless damage during shipping is clearly documented and reported within the stated timeframe.

We are not liable for damage caused by customs inspections or handling. If your package appears to have been opened or tampered with by customs, please contact us with documentation and we will evaluate the case.

This policy applies specifically to damage claims and does not override any return rights that may apply under consumer protection laws in your country.
