Created by artist Felipe Pantone, Justkids developed, curated and co-produced the first ever solar powered mural for Life Is Beautiful Festival. This landmark piece was executed with the collaboration of Young Electric Sign Company (YESCO) and Bombard Renewable Energy, who respectively donated the neon and solar power work.
Throughout two editions of the festival, this public art project has now become a landmark of downtown Las Vegas and completely transformed the communities relationship with the area, which had remained obscure and neglected for decades. We are extremely pleased with this collaboration and only hope to facilitate more groundbreaking & community minded pieces like this in the future.
