AGOSTINO IACURCI IN BOSTON
Public Art
Client: THE STREET Chesnut Hill
Location: Boston, MA, USA
Artist: Agostino Iacurci
Scope: Art consulting, Artist Representation, Curation, and Production
Justkids curated the latest public art installation at The Street Chestnut Hill in Greater Boston, introducing a striking new mural and skylight installation by internationally acclaimed Italian artist Agostino Iacurci.
Titled Tall Flowers & High Swans, the two works form a visual dialogue across the façade and canopy of the newly developed building at 27 Boylston Street. Together, they establish a narrative that connects earth and sky, nature and city, through vivid imagery and meticulous design.
Commissioned by WS Development, the project reflects the company’s vision of integrating bold artistic experiences into the built environment. Known for transforming spaces into immersive visual experiences, Iacurci’s public works span the globe and include collaborations with leading cultural and commercial institutions such as the MACRO Museum in Rome, Hermès, Apple, and Adidas.
“With High Swans and Tall Flowers, I wanted to create a visual conversation between earth and sky, inviting viewers to pause and feel the quiet harmony of nature in motion and the beauty of the Chestnut Hill landscape,” — Agostino Iacurci
This latest collaboration continues Justkids’ commitment to curating thoughtful, large-scale public art that engages communities, enlivens architecture, and invites moments of reflection within everyday spaces.
